Yes! Galartsy ships to over 90 countries, including the United States, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and parts of Asia and South America. We offer FREE worldwide shipping to all eligible destinations.

2. Delivery Time

After you place an order, we need 1-3 business days to process it before shipment. Shipping times vary according to your location and the availability of the item in our warehouses. We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 weeks. Here is a list of our estimaed delivery times:

3.Where do you ship from?

Galartsy has partnered with several warehouses around the world to ensure fast and efficient shipping. When you place an order, we ship from the closest warehouse to your country where the item is available. However, in some cases, if the item you ordered is not available in the nearest warehouse, we ship it directly from our main warehouse in China. This lets us provide the best possible shipping experience and ensures that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

4. Late deliveries

All orders are fully tracked, and we will keep you informed of any unexpected delays. In the rare event that your order does not arrive, we offer a guarantee to help reship your order or provide a full refund.

5. Partial Shipments

7. Delivery for Holidays and Special Occasions?

If you plan to give one of our items as a gift for a holiday or special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance of the date to ensure timely delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
